I (Kathryn or Kat) work together with my husband Geoff. We manage short term rentals, rehab and flip houses and generally have fun as a team. We just started using Houfy so we can book our places directly and save both us and our guests some fees.

We allow a single pet but need to know the type/breed. The fee is typically $25 per pet per night but can be adjusted for longer stays.

Minimum age limit for renters: 21
We require renters to be at least 21. Our goal is to take care of the place, so please respect our property so we can continue to not require an up front security deposit.

House Rules
No smoking inside. There is a lovely front porch which you can use that is covered.

1 small pet is allowed but please communicate the type/breed to the hosts. There is a $25 pet fee per night.

No third party bookings. For businesses we make exceptions but we require contact information for someone staying at the property so if we need to reach them for any reason we can.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel during your stay or within 5 days of your checkin date/time you will forfeit 50% of your booking cost. Cancellations made early are fully refunded.
Notes
If damage occurs, please be honest and plan to help out reimbursing costs of extra cleaning or replacement of an item. We will only charge what is needed not extra and are only trying to continue to keep our place nice.
